Well well well, the long awaited Yonko apps. Going with the same route that Spark is going for, applying for much more than the Yonko position itself because of the time restraint.
For other users going for this position, let the best app win.
Obviously this app will be for Toshiro, and I will be applying for the following:
Yonko Position
Haoshoku Haki
Bosushoku Haki, Advanced (Internal Destruction and Emission)
Bounty Review
Possession of two Poneglyphs, one Road Poneglyph.
Territory Claim:
History
This history section will be a bit different than other apps, for two main reasons. Firstly, I have been informed that some admins tend to either not fully read the history section or ignore it completely (As during so saves time). Secondly, I have done this to save time, mostly on the admins side as there are a lot of apps to go through. There does exist a longer version of this section and if needed I will give more detail into the timeline, however in this app it is summarized a bit.
''1460'':
''1469'':
At a very young age, Toshiro was captured and forced to become a slave for the Celestial Dragons. This torture would go on for 10 whole years and created his eternal hatred towards the Celestial Dragons. Toshiro was branded with The Hoof of the Flying Dragon on his back, and as such he was seen as less than others and as a possession of the World Nobles. He would later on surround the hoof with a set of six wings, to show that he was free from the bounds of the World Nobles and free to fly on his own. Ever since his time as a slave, Toshiro has gained a hatred towards the Celestial Dragons that filled his motivations and actions for the future, with his final goal being to abolish the order of the Celestial Dragons (More on that later).
''1479'':
Toshiro became an apprentice Pirate of the Bluebeard Pirates, being rescued from slavery by the Captain, Giles D. Rais, and “adopted” onto the crew. With these Pirates being feared among the seas, notably being recognised as one of the strongest crews to sail the seas before the Great Age of Piracy. With their Captain being known as the Unbreakable Shield, for his Devil Fruit abilities, being so powerful that when a strike from Redbeard hit Bluebeard’s barriers it did not even gain a scratch. Their crew was rivaling that of the Redbeard Pirates, and even the Roger Pirates. Being in conflict with both parties on many occasions. Where they eventually became allies with Redbeard’s forces. With the crew being closely related to the Redbeard Pirates, the Bluebeard Pirates would visit Elbaf a few times and during one such time Toshiro would hear about and meet the legendary weaponsmith Gustavo.
''1488'':
The God Valley incident takes place, and as a member of the Bluebeard Pirates Toshiro was present during the event. After the battle, Bluebeard would go into hiding in the Florian Triangle for unknown means with the rest of the crew, Toshiro being offered to go with them yet decided to stay and become a Captain himself. After the event, Toshiro’s part of it was hidden from the public and only the ones present at the time knew of his involvement. With the rest of the crew being presumed dead and Toshiro as the last remaining survivor.
''1492'':
Toshiro would venture throughout the seas and eventually have a legendary clash against the Vice-Admiral Forseti, both knowing each other from the God Valley Incident. Their clash took place on the infamous battlefield of the ancient giants, the island of Titan. The two destroyed the already ravaged wasteland in the 3 months they had engaged each other. Their battle ended in a stalemate, with both of them going all out and having to withdraw for their battle to continue on another day. Their battle was the only fight Toshiro felt he had to go all out on, he learned a lot during the battle and would use what he learned to improve upon his fighting capabilities and to never underestimate his opponents again.
After their battle, Toshiro would make his way towards the Florian Triangle, in hopes of reuniting with his former Captain and crew. However he was unsuccessful in doing so, as their location was hidden even within the mysteries sea, surrounded by a massive wall of smoke that Toshiro could not enter.
Whilst in the Florian Triangle, Toshiro would find the Island of Thriller Bark, claiming it as his own. Exploring the Island in hopes of finding clues about the previous caretakers of said Island, as even during this time it was a massive ship. Finding a rotten tree with a Devil Fruit at the end of it, whilst knowing the benefits of eating such a fruit he did not know the specifics of it and instead kept it for years. To later on give to one of his commanders, Aba.
''1495'':
Toshiro would encounter a massive beastlike anglerfish, and be swallowed by it, only to find an Island located inside of it’s stomach. After his arrival, he stumbled upon his first sighting of a Poneglyph in many years. Whilst not being able to read the contents of the Ancient Script, he knew the importance of it as his former Captain had told stories about these mysterious Relics of the past. As such he would try to communicate with the strange creature, with him being successful and able to control it towards an Island for his safe arrival. However before he could leave with his newly found Poneglyph, he was told by the Anglerfish that it’s Esca had a rare type of gold in it and because of their newly found bond the Anglerfish allowed Toshiro to gain a small portion of it as a gift, later on becoming the D belt buckle Toshiro would wear. After gaining possession of his first Poneglyph, it would start his fascination with the ancient world and he would continue to locate these Poneglyphs.
Toshiro would take the Poneglyph to Elbaf, and have a meeting with the oracle Mimir, after asking about the true purpose of the Poneglyphs, Toshiro was met with an answer he did not expect. Being told that Mimir was there when they were written, and he notes that the reason for their creation was to ensure that their world would not be forgotten, that they knew of the Void Century’s coming, they noted down information for the future in a language the World Government did not understand. Information that would clear the mystery of the world, information that could destroy the rule of the Celestial Dragons. After furthering their conversation Toshiro showed Mimir the Poneglyph he had found and after Mimir read the contents he asked where and how Toshiro obtained it, hinting towards it containing some valuable information. Gaining the moniker of Jupiter from the oracle, of his knowledge of the Ancient Weapons.
''1500'':
Toshiro would learn about his ancient ancestry, learning that he was the descendent of a race of Ancient Giants. After gaining information that a secret base was located on the Land of Ice that was researching the ancient world Toshiro would venture towards the cold land and reach the Marine Base. After causing the revival of Bluetooth in hopes of learning more about the past and in hopes of him being taught the Ancient Language that the frozen giant used, Toshiro would make his way towards Bluetooth, only to notice the unexpected arrival of Rear-Admiral Quinn. Not wanting to get in trouble Toshiro would hide and begin to leave the base, only to find another Poneglyph which he wrote the contents of on a piece of paper in a hurry and left.
''1507'':
Toshiro would stumble upon the Island of Fuji, and after venturing onto the Island he would encounter countless Kijin, who saw him as a threat, one such Kijin being Dulari. After a disagreement they would clash, with their battle lasting multiple days and on the last night of the fight they would acknowledge each other’s strengths, settle down and make an alliance between the two with a cup of sake. Bonding over the idea of Piracy and freedom. The day after their alliance was created, Toshiro was introduced to many other Kijin, with two brothers in particular following Toshiro around wherever he went, with Toshiro first hating their presence, he would quickly enjoy their company and would invite them onto his crew. Marking the beginning of the Dragon Pirates. While staying on Fuji, the inhabitants taught Toshiro their Martial Arts style, Mukijindō. Specifically being taught the basics by Dulari, and later on more advanced techniques by the Shinto Brothers.
In the same year the two brothers joined the crew. Toshiro would give the two Devil Fruits that would perfectly fit his future goals and plans for them to consume. The Mosquito Mosquito Fruit and the Death Death Fruit, with the latter being the one he obtained on the sailing Island of Thriller Bark.
''1509'':
The two Kijin formerly mentioned, Aba and Preach, are purposely sent to Impel Down by setting up a raid on Marineford. The World Government left the World’s most dangerous Pirate and Criminals alike in one place, and Toshiro would use that to his advantage. Hoping the day would come that the two brothers would eventually break out of the prison and in during so recruit the strongest prisoners of Impel Down.
After arriving at the Island, he was greeting kindly. A very different experience than what he was used to. After sharing his common interest as a scholar, and introducing himself as one as well. He was able to eventually be allowed into the massive library and studied much information during his time there. After talking to a group of scholars about the ancient Poneglyphs, and the existence of special red variants, Toshiro would research as much as he possibly could about them and he would find a paper that noted the location of one of the Red Poneglyphs. Learning of the true name of these Poneglyphs, the Road Poneglyphs. Being the foundation of achieving peace and becoming the most free man in the world.
''1514'':
After 5 years of searching for the Island his research had pointed to, he made it. The Island was very similar to Ohara, but on a much smaller scale. Being a tiny Island with a tree in the middle and the trunk of the tree being hollowed out to fit a Poneglyph. As he reached the Island, seeing the poneglyph still being there he took the poneglyph with him on his ship, being one step closer to true freedom.
''1520'':
Over a decade of solitude and imprisonment, the two Shinto Brothers would finally have the opportunity to escape. Using the breakout caused by the White Fang, Grinnaway, and many other Pirates as their own opportunity to escape. Having a list of people to recruit they slowly made their way around level 6 of Impel Down to find the specific members Toshiro wanted on his crew, they would succeed in recruiting 4 of the most powerful prisoners of Impel Down, with the rest on the list either being dead, already escaped, or simply refused the offer as a whole. Using Marine outfits as a way to sneak out of the prison onto a Marine vessel to escape, they made their way towards the agreed meeting point, Titan. After finally meeting his new crew members, and seeing the old ones after a decade, they would discuss Toshiro’s plans in huge detail and they would put it into action immediately.
''1522'':
With the group splitting up into smaller teams to achieve the mission Toshiro told them to do, Toshiro himself would venture towards Elbaf with his two Supreme Commanders in hopes of obtaining a weapon capable of mass destruction, with Toshiro only knowing one man who was able to create a weapon of such caliber, Gustavo. Gustavo was responsible for the creation of many legendary weapons, such as the ones carried by the Captains of the Great Warrior Pirates, Redbeards’s Mjölnir, and Donk E. Kong’s Ruji Bang. Being known as Elbaf’s Greatest Weaponsmith. As such Toshiro knew he was the right man for the job. During his arrival the Island was still under the long war between the Giants and the United Federation, and as such Gustavo was the one responsible for the many weapons used in said war. Toshiro was able to disguise himself as a normal civilian of the Island without being noticed by the Federation. When he entered Gustavo’s workshop, the Weaponsmith was shocked to see Toshiro after all those years, but after Toshiro explained his reasoning for his arrival, to gain a weapon of mass destruction, the Weaponsmith refused. Toshiro would not take a no for an answer, with the two clashing in the tiny workshop and Toshiro beginning to lose. Gustavo would suddenly feel extremely weak and Toshiro would reveal that he was merely the decoy, as Aba used his Mosquito abilities throughout the fight in order to slowly weaken Gustavo to the point of him collapsing, now with his true intentions revealed, wanting to take Gustavo as a hostage away from the war. While the Shinto Brothers were busy trying to get Gustavo onto the ship, Toshiro would attempt to pick up Gustavo’s blade to claim it as his own, only for the blade to barely move an inch. After realizing he was unable to lift the massive sword, he opted for a Kanabo that hung on the wall, not realizing that this weapon was smelted down and reforged by using the remnants of Redbeard’s Mjönir. While walking out of the workshop with his new weapon, he would be greeted by a familiar face. That of Forseti, the two talked for a bit, but since both of them had more important matters to attend to Toshiro left, holding up a peace sign as he walked away towards the shores of Elbaf.
Toshiro would eventually make his way to Wano, as he was originally going to Onigashima in order to investigate the giant skull on the Island, but what interested him the most was the aspect that the Kozuki family supposedly invented the Poneglyphs. At his visit in Wano he eventually met with Ryun, who at the time was the Daimyo of the Kibi Region, after clashing ideals they began in a battle, with Ryun using his weapons and Devil Fruit ability against Toshiro. Around the end of their fight, Toshiro would eventually use his full dragon form with Ryun copying it and doing so as well. With the clash between the two dragons, Ryun would use an ability to bend the rainbow light from his breath around his body to become invisible, shocking Toshiro in the process, leading to him stopping the fight and asking the Daimyo to teach him the ability to utilize that technique. Toshiro would eventually learn the technique and after some conversations they would become allies, drinking sake together and sharing information between the two. Toshiro would ask Ryun about the Kozuki family, being told that they used to rule Wano, however nowadays the family has been left forgotten in the past with only some remnants of the family lurking around the country. Toshiro, being disappointed with this information, asks about the giant skull outside of Wano. Being told by Ryun that it was even a mystery to him, despite being a high ranking member of Wano culture. As such the two would make their way towards the giant skull, flying above the country in their dragon forms towards Onigashima, Toshiro would note the size of the skull most likely being that of an Ancient Giant. He also notes that he is unable to estimate the age of the giant, as the lower jaw is missing and the two giant teeth on it’s lower jaws grow over time. The Island was barren, some buildings still standing outside of the skull it was clear not many used the Island as a place of living. However the two dragons would enter the skull by it’s eye sockets and land on the ground below, finding an abandoned castle inside the skull itself. After further investigation Toshiro would claim the place as his own, becoming his main base of operations for the time being, notifying his crew members of his findings over a Den Den Mushi. Ryun was shocked when Toshiro showed the device, as he is used to a smaller version of the creature.
Toshiro would visit the Land of Ice yet again, in hopes of finding the Marine Base and acquiring the Poneglyph located there. However, on his travels there he stumbled upon a massive icebreaker, tearing through the ice of the land with countless spotlights lighting the area. After noticing and recognizing the flag of the ship, that of the Jolly Roger of the Frost Pirates, he made his way towards the massive ship. Toshiro got close enough for a spotlight to notice him and immediately, every member of the crew jumped off the ship onto the ice, surrounding Toshiro, with the 1st Division Commander Quinn landing right in front of him. And as every member had made their way around Toshiro, a massive shadow loomed over them all, the giant Bluetooth stood tall on the ship, he quickly hanged on to the side of the massive ship, tilting the ship entirely from side to side as he released his grasp from it. The massive giant going in circles, asking who the stranger was, with Toshiro taking of the vile from his head revealing his two horns, he was immediately recognised as Toshiro and after revealing to Bluetooth that he was his descendant and he was the one who revived him from the ice so many years ago, Bluetooth tested his claims as one of his family members and swinged his massive club towards Toshiro, only for it to be blocked by his Kanabo. With the two weapons not even touching, showing both parties' Haoskoku Haki. The two battled for hours, with both of them using their respective weapons and Devil Fruits to their fullest potential. With Toshiro finally having enough and using a Devil Fruit enhancing Drug, known as the ACE-pills. This enhanced Toshiro’s golden breath and was able to completely solidify Bluetooth’s club in a mountain of gold. Now with Bluetooth having lost his weapon and Toshiro gaining the upper hand he was able to reason with Bluetooth and they would have a conversation with Toshiro sitting on the mountain of gold while Bluetooth sits on the deck of the massive icebreaker. They would eventually come to an agreement, with Bluetooth agreeing to teach Toshiro how to read the Ancient Script found on Poneglyphs. Becoming allies in the process.
Toshiro would use his alliance with Ryun to raid G-bases in order to gain valuable information upon Pirates and the like. They agreed to raid G-7 and G-10, with Toshiro going for G-7 and Ryun for G-10. Ryun copied Toshiro’s appearance and abilities to be able to easily raid the G-bases by using Toshiro’s mythical ability to turn invisible. Flying towards the two bases in their both Dragon forms, they would successfully raid the G-bases and confuse the public with the appearance of two Toshiros, scaring most people.
Toshiro would eventually hear rumors that members of the Bluebeard Pirates, his former crew, were still alive. As such he would venture towards the Florian Triangle and finally be able to enter the wall of fog that hindered his movement many years ago by seeing a group of Island Whales enter the wall. After following them he came to the Abarat Archipelago, a beautiful place to be sure. After some time in the Archipelago he would meet the Mogwai, a group similar to the Cipher Pol that works in the shadows and gathers information. When asked about Bluebeard’s whereabouts, they saw Toshiro as a threat and as such they clashed, with Toshiro becoming the victor of their battle. He would later on meet Bluebeard himself, his former Captain. With them first drinking together and talking about old times they would disagree and eventually fight, with Toshiro being overpowered during the battle and having to retreat, showing the massive strengths of the legendary Bluebeard.
He would take his Island of Thriller Bark out of the Florian Triangle towards Tequila Wolf, declaring freedom to the slaves of the bridge and stopping the meaningless project for good. Also declaring himself as a direct threat to the World Government and finally solidifying himself as an Emperor of the Sea.
Why should he be considered for the Yonko spot?
There are a few reasons for why I would consider Toshiro to be able to become the next Yonko, which are listed here below. A Yonko is not only determined upon strength, and words can do more damage than weapons. Especially in the One Piece universe, where the World Government has tried to hide information from the world for decades. Information that, if in the wrong hands, could destroy the world.
'''Goal''':
Toshiro wasn’t born from a rich family or from royalty (Which is apparently pretty common, since 4 of the candidates are of royal descent lol), he wasn’t born strong. He earned everything through hardwork and determination. Toshiro has a reason for everything he does, and unlike most other characters, his motive for being who he is isn’t only to be the strongest. Toshiro’s goal isn’t to become the strongest however, his goal is to eradicate the Celestial Dragon system and put a stop to the many years of slavery and the hierarki of the world. His goal is to make everyone equal.
Toshiro sees the Celestial Dragons as a pest to the world, that if eradicated will make the world a better place. He does not want the Marines to disappear, as he believes that there has to be someone keeping the world in check and agrees with most of the actions the Marines take, however where they part ways is when someone is used as a tool, when someone is seen as an animal and used and tortured.
To do this, Toshiro has used decades of his life to study and learn about the Void Century. Going as far as to revive his ancestor from the dead, to teach him how to decipher the Ancient Script. Toshiro hopes doing so will allow him to gain information that will allow him to become a bigger threat for the Nobles and the world as a whole, his main focus is finding information that will destroy the Nobles from just mentioning it to the public.
As mentioned before, and also in his history section, Toshiro has spent countless years locating Poneglyphs and people with information on the Void Century. To even be in the possession of a Road Poneglyph (If approved).
After his goal is achieved he will help the members of his crew achieve their own goals and desires, no matter what it could be. As they have helped him achieve his goal, it is only righteous for him to help them achieve theirs.
'''Knowledge''':
As already established in the history section, Toshiro has gained a lot of information revolving around the Void Century. Finding Poneglyphs along his journey, now being able to read the contents of them himself. As an Apprentice he would learn about the true meaning of the Will of D. by his Captain who had the initial himself. He knows of the true meaning of the Poneglyphs, told to him by Mimir. On the Poneglyphs he located he read about the secrets of the Ancient Weapons and possibly their locations as well, and most notably he knows the name of the Ancient Kingdom from his research at Ohara and specifically from his ancestor, who lived in the Kingdom many years ago.
With all this at his disposal, it is no wonder that he has gained the notoriety that he has. Being feared by many Celestial Dragons for knowing the secrets he knows.
Unrelated to the Void Century, Toshiro also knows what happened at the God Valley Incident, as he himself was present.
'''Physical Abilities''':
Toshiro is legendary for his supreme physical power, being of Ancient Giant descent he inherently had an opportunity to gain great strengths. He is capable of swinging his Kanabo hard enough to send a person flying into the distance in one blow, even being able to keep up in a battle with Bluetooth who is many times taller than himself. Toshiro was even able to go toe to toe with Forseti, using only his strengths. Even outmatched in a battle, like on Fuji, he was still able to come out victorious, emerging without any injuries or signs of fatigue after the battle, and especially in his fight against Bluetooth where he was surrounded by the whole fleet and was able to come out on top without a decent amount of injuries, which only shows his incredible amount of stamina and durability. In his battle with Forseti, it was mentioned that even as a mere Apprentice in the Bluebeard Pirates, Toshiro was able to earn the respect of his vicious companions through his strength alone.
Together with his extreme strengths, Toshiro also possesses a nigh-indestructible durability, even without the usage of Busoshoku Haki. During his battle with Bluetooth, whose strengths are massive because of his size, he took countless blows and attacks from his club and Devil Fruit ability and was able to quickly get back up without issues. In his fight with Forseti, Toshiro was constantly bombarded with attacks from the Vice-Admiral for months, gaining a few scars in their battle, however was still able to keep up with Forseti’s massive amounts of strength. This durability has given Toshiro the reputation of being unable to die.
Despite his enormous size, compared to a normal human, Toshiro is extremely fast in combat and can move from one spot to another almost instantaneously. His speed surprised that of Bluetooth and Quinn during their encounter, and his speed forced Ryun to come up with a completely new strategy to fight against him.
'''Fighting Styles''':
Toshiro has learned different fighting styles over his time as a Pirate to fit his different needs. Learning much from his opponents.
'''Glima''': Glima is a technique used by Giants for many centuries, it is one of their main abilities in combat. The technique is used by harnessing the power of qi through distinct breathing techniques in order to raise their physical and mental proficiencies to their fullest potential. With Toshiro having learned it at a young age on Titan.
'''Mukijindō''': Mukijindō is a Martial Arts style practiced by the Kijin. With Toshiro having learned the basics of the style from Dulari after their battle in 1507, and later on being taught advanced techniques by the Shinto Brothers. There are six techniques in total, Toshiro mainly using two of them. Seishuku Enbu, the Silent Waltz, and Tenrai Yari, the Heavenly Spear. The first technique creates multiple afterimages of Toshiro’s body through a varying cadence of steps to confuse the opponent in order to create decoys. The more advanced the user is, the more afterimages they can create, with Toshiro being able to create 24 in total. The second technique is a technique that uses Kanabos, being Toshiro’s main weapon. Toshiro thrusts his Kanabo forward, sending out a highly pressurized spear of compressed air towards his opponent.
'''Devil Fruit''':
Toshiro ate the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Shenlong, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a full serpentine God Dragon and a human-dragon hybrid at will. His full Beast Form is massive, roughly half the size of a small town, with extremely durable, white scales.
Toshiro is capable of moving through the air by creating special "rainbows" and using them as footholds. These "rainbows" can also be used to lift other objects, they are even capable of lifting an entire Pirate Fleet out of the sea. He can also release devastating blasts of similar rainbow-like beams from his mouth with massive destructive capabilities, with anything the beam tastes being covered in gold. During his fight with Ryun, after Ryun copied Toshiro’s Devil Fruit abilities he gained a new technique of the fruit, the ability to become invisible. This technique allows Toshiro to spread rainbow breath over his full dragon form, while this allows him to bend the light reflections around him and seem invisible to the naked eye.
One of his most powerful techniques consists of him creating a small rainbow out of his hands that becomes bigger and covers a large area, with Toshiro being able to activate the rain of the rainbow which covers anything it tastes with a golden layer.
This Devil Fruit was formerly eaten by Gustavo, the legendary Weaponsmith and high ranking member of the Great Warrior Pirates. But after being taken as a hostage by Toshiro and the Dragon Pirates he was eventually killed in order for Toshiro to gain his Devil Fruit abilities.
The rainbow and gold part of his fruit is a reference to old folklore where it is believed that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. With his Mythical Abilities being able to create rainbows that cover anything they touch with a layer of gold and the more they touch the same area the more layers are added onto it.
'''Weapon''':
Toshiro wields a large, black, studded spiked kanabo named Natsukami as his signature weapon, which he gained from his visit to Elbaf where he defeated Gustavo and took Natsukami that hung on the wall of the workshop. The weapon itself has history that goes past it’s creation. The material the weapon was created from is Kuronium, an extremely rare material only found in meteorites in space and thus some Sky Islands possess large quantities of the substance with Wukong eventually ceasing it entirely for himself. Many years ago, the Captain of the Redbeard Pirates Frederick Barbarosa went to Gustavo in order for him to create his legendary weapon Mjölnir made by the material, and after his death the weapon was in the possession of Wukong who took it to Gustavo in order to reforge it to another weapon. The legendary Mjölnir was forged into three weapons of legendary status, the Ruji Bang, the Natsukami, and with the last currently unknown (It is also worthy to note that Diane’s X-Caliber is also created of the substance, however whether or not it was the last weapon reforged from Mjölnir is unknown to me). The alloy is extremely tough to control, with only masters of Haki being able to control it. As when it is imbued with Haki, the properties of it are capable of changing based on the user’s desire. With experienced wielders being able to make the alloy as tough as diamonds, whilst as malleable as gold. Toshiro is often seen imbuing his Haki into the weapon with the spikes on the kanabo becoming more spiky, as more Haki gets imbued into it.
'''Haki''':
Toshiro is one of the very small number of people in the world who is able to use all three types of Haki. He is shown to possess great mastery of Haki and makes use of all three types in combat.
Toshiro can use Haoshoku Haki, making him one in several million people. His ability to use Haoshoku was first hinted at shortly after his introduction, with him using the intimidation factor of Haoshoku to frighten Giants on Elbaf as he was going to Gustavo’s workshop. He possesses immense mastery of Haoshoku Haki, which was mainly displayed in his battle with fellow Haoshoku Haki user Bluetooth, resulting in a lightning-like effect that shook the Land of Ice and split the clouds apart.
Toshiro is an immensely powerful user of Busoshoku Haki, which he is able to imbue into his kanabo. In his battle at the Land of Ice, his Busoshoku Haki was strong enough to damage Bluetooth who had hardened both of his arms and during his fight with Dulari he was able to block many of her attacks. Toshiro is able to utilize the advanced applications of projecting his Busoshoku Haki out from his kanabo, allowing him to strike opponents many meters in front of him with devastating power without the need to make direct contact, and with the attack power being further increased if Toshiro is using Mukijindō.
While not being specifically proficient in using Kenbunshoku Haki, he is still capable of using it to his advantage. Toshiro notably used it during his visit to Elbaf, where he felt the presence of Forseti on the Island from his ship.
With his mastery in Haki he is able to freely fight evenly with logia-enhanced users, and able to gain an advantage against his opponents in many battles.
'''Alliances''':
Toshiro has gained many different allies in his days as a Pirate, which only strengthens his control over the seas.
'''Kijin Pirates''': Toshiro and Dulari became allies in 1507, solidifying their friendship after days of showing their strengths to each other. Ever since then they have helped each other on occasion. The Kijin Pirates are extremely known as one of the other candidate crews for the Yonko position, and as such their alliance is a big threat to the world.
'''Shogun Pirates''': Toshiro and Ryun became allies quite recently in 1522. Their alliance has shown to be useful for each crew, as Toshiro has been able to gain valuable information because of Ryun. And using his Devil Fruit allows Ryun to copy Toshiro’s abilities and appearance which allows him to disguise himself as Toshiro or others to infiltrate places.
'''Territories''':
'''Thriller Bark''': Thriller Bark served as Toshiro’s home and base of operations for years. An Island formerly located in the Florian Triangle, it is able to move and it is known as the largest ship in the world. It used to serve as the main ship for a powerful Pirate crew before it’s placement in the Florian Triangle where it was left for decades..
'''Titan''': Titan was the former homeland of Toshiro’s race, the Oni Tribe, as such it holds value to him. It was formerly under the control of the Redbeard Pirates and the Wukong Pirates, before both of their deaths and was used as a battleground for grudge matches between Giants.
'''Tequila Wolf''': Tequila Wolf used to be a former construction site of a massive bridge, ordered by Celestial Dragons to be built. Toshiro saw the project as a useless endeavor and freed the slaves of the project, stopping it for good, and claiming it for himself.
'''Crew''':
Toshiro’s crew is extremely infamous, with all of them being former prisoners of Impel Down level 6. Even before joining his crew they were all known individually as strong and dangerous individuals in the New World, even having former members of extremely powerful Pirate crews like the Redbeard Pirates.
'''Battle Prowess''':
Toshiro has had many battles throughout the ages, with the most notable listed below with the description of the fights being in the history section.
'''Forseti''': Forseti is arguably one of the strongest opponents Toshiro has ever fought against, over the many decades the two have had countless battles and encounters. Their most notable one was during 1492, where apprentice Toshiro fought against the Vice-Admiral Forseti that lasted for approximately 3 months. Their battle ended in a tie, with the two going all out and using all they had at their disposal, completely ravaging the wasteland of Titan. This battle was the starting point of Toshiro’s notoriety as a famous and powerful Pirate. Even to this day, their battle was the only one Toshiro has ever used all of his abilities in and it solidified the rivalry between the two forever.
'''Schichiloh Dulari''': Dulari is extremely strong, also being one of the candidates for the Yonko position. Their rivalry has been going on since 1507, with both of their strengths and crews growing over time. Their most notable fight happened right after their meeting, with both of them using only their brute strength and Haki in the battle.
'''Gustavo''': Gustavo was a known Weaponsmith, formerly known as Elbaf’s Greatest Weaponsmith and a former member of the Great Warrior Pirates. Their battle happened when Toshiro visited Elbaf to gain his weapon, with Gustavo refusing to create one for him and as such they clashed. Gustavo had the upper hand against Toshiro for most of the fight until the Shinto Brothers backstabbed the Giant and they were able to defeat him and kidnap him.
'''Ryun''': Ryun has the ability to copy other people’s abilities, and as such fighting against him is quite difficult. In their battle Toshiro was able to learn a new technique that allows him to go invisible, after Ryun used the technique himself after copying Toshiro’s Devil Fruit. Toshiro held back during their fight as he wouldn’t want to kill Ryun, only overpower him and gain him under his alliance.
'''Bluetooth''': Toshiro and Bluetooth are both Yonko Candidates, both of them being of the same race and family. During their battle Toshiro was at a massive disadvantage as Bluetooth is many times taller than Toshiro and many times stronger. Because of that Toshiro had to resort to other things than his strength and used his Devil Fruit ability to its fullest during their battle. They would eventually “agree to disagree” and make an alliance. And after their battle Toshiro would never underestimate Bluetooth and his word.
'''Bluebeard''': Bluebeard is probably the strongest opponent Toshiro has fought against, being his former Captain and an ally of Redbeard rivaling him and even Roger in the past. During their clash Toshiro was quickly overpowered, and had to retreat. Their battle would be a reminder for Toshiro that the new generation is not able to stand up to the old generation.
What are his qualities to gain Haoshoku Haki:
It is also suggested in canon that a user of Haoshoku Haki seeks a title or throne of some form, specifically with Chijao’s statement saying “So, you wield the color of the supreme king. And what king do you seek to be…?”. With Toshiro’s goal to gain freedom for everyone, in doing so wanting to become the King of the Pirates.
What are his qualities to gain Advanced Busoshoku Haki:
This section will be short, as many of the qualities have already been discussed in the app already.
Toshiro has trained his Busoshoku Haki for his entire life, being his main form of Haki in combat. Before gaining his weapon and fighting styles, it was his main form of fighting. He is shown countless times that he is able to fight against opponents who are much stronger than himself at the time, yet during those battles they are equal in the battle due to his massive mastery of Busoshoku Haki. Internal Destruction and Emission would be extremely useful to Toshiro as he used to only rely on his extreme physical prowess.
Bounty:
For all the information that Toshiro possess and the vast amount of strengths already explained in the rest of the app I would ask for a bounty of 3.000.000.000 to 4.000.000.000
Using canon examples, Blackbeard gained his bounty of 2.247.600.000 after getting former level 6 prisoners on his crew and of course taking Whitebeard’s Devil Fruit. Toshiro has done things that is similar, with his crew also containing former level 6 prisoners and he killed Gustavo, who was a former high ranking member of the Great Warrior Pirates and Elbaf’s Greatest Weaponsmith, having created many of the world’s greatest weapons and was a huge asset to the Giant Squad, being the one who gave them their weapons. He is also similar to Kaido, in their tremendous strength, durability, speed, weapon, and Devil Fruit.
He was also a former member of the infamous Bluebeard Pirates, and was a part of the God Valley Incident. His many battles and encounters should also be considered.
On top of these things, his massive amounts of knowledge and information should be considered since in canon, another canon example, Nico robin is haunted down for her ability to read Poneglyphs and for the knowledge she knows. Because of this, his bounty that I formerly mentioned sounds fair.
Conclusion:
Well there we go, Toshiro's Yonko App. If there are any of the different sections that need explaining in greater detail I will do so. I hope everyone the best of luck, now it's time to play the waiting game and see what happens :)
