Babatunde "Black Mamba" Zaan is a pirate, a member of the Longneck tribe, and a member of the Triple D Pirates.  Among the Triple D Pirates he's the head of the intelligence officers, and thus is a master of stealth and assassination.  Before joining the Triple D Pirates he was an Admiral in the Mariens and later the head of CP9 of the World Government's Cypher Pol agencies.  He's a master of Speed Haki and Observation Haki, and he also possesses a Devil Fruit, the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Black Mamba.
