"The Serpent" Charlotte Flavor is a member of the Wotan Race, a cross between fishman and giants, (with human DNA in her blood as well due to her mother), the 24th daughter of the Charlotte Family, one of the 12 Fleet Generals of the Big Mom Pirates, and the Minister of Flavor and of Flavor Island, one of the 35 Islands that makes up Totto Land. She ate the Shoukazai Shoukazai no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows her to control the digestive system of not just herself, but also of other people.
