"The Great Spear" Charlotte Milence is the 14h son of the Charlotte Family, the Captain of the Milence Pirates, one of the 12 Fleet Generals, a group of pirates who have the third highest level of authority in the Big Mom Pirates, third only to the Three Sweet Commanders and Big Mom herself, a member of the Big Mom Pirates, and the Minister of Milence and of Milence Island. He's also the elder full biological brother of Charlotte Rokumitsu, they not only have the same mother but the same father as well. He ate the Kukkyou Kukkyou no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows him to manipulate the muscular system of not only himself, but also of other people, making him a Muscle Human.
