Dairoku D Hisao is a former marine vice admiral that did many missions for the sake of justice. He eventually became more murderous after realizing that a world noble tried to have his childhood friend (now the former princesses of Rio kingdom) killed he currently now has a bounty of 800,000,000 and clashes with pirates, marines and revolutionaries. He is engaged and the princess of the Rio Kingdom as one of 12 elite guards. After the kingdom got takin over the now 11 guards were out to kill her he became a pirate in order to protect her and destroy the world government.
