Devoun is a Pirate that is known for stealing from other pirates. He is ruler of the country known as Creaturarum. Despite being a Pirate the Marines treat him as a top threat due to not being able to attack his country (too high defense)
Personality[]
He is seen as a hero despite this he is often called a "loveable delinquent". He does have a tendency to be kind and friendly around his citizens and crew. He can be serious and when fighting is simply described as a monster. He is known for jumping into fights randomly. When angered Dravon will at times keep smiling and is also known for killing those who have done heinous crimes on the spot this is shown when one of his crew members previous slave owners shows up and he decapitates him.
