"King of Ghost" Elvis Geist is the captain of the Phantom Pirates and one of the new generation of Yonko ruling over the New World. He and his crew are right now occupying Crystal Country and they are entering an alliance with another new generation Yonko, Koopa D. Bowser and his crew, the Koopa Pirates.
Appearance
Elvis Geist is a tall pale-skinned man, with black short hair, prominent sharp teeth, and his long tongue sticking out, and also have sharp fingernails. He wears a pair of dark sunglasses over his pale purple eyes, while wearing a king's crown with a huge gem on the top of the crown. He also wears a tuxedo that has a red bowtie, a pocket watch that the chain is connected to one of the buttons, dark pants, and black loafers. He also wears a king's mantle with epaulettes on it, and wearing fours rings on each hand, and a pair of purple bead bracelets on each wrist.
Abilities and Powers
As one of the new generation of Yonko, he is one of the most powerful pirates in the world. As the captain of the Phantom Pirates he has authority over the lower ranking subordinates, and as ruler of Crystal Country he has complete control over the land. With a bounty of 
3,025,000,000, the World Government recognize him as a extremely power and dangerous foe to the them.
Physical Abilities
Elvis Geist has immense superhuman strength being able to lift an entire mansion with one hand and able to destroy an entire island towns and cities. He also possesses superhuman speed and durability able to dodge any attacks that the opponents would throw at him and he is also able to create many destruction to the island and also able to take any attacks at him without even a single scratch on himself. He also possess superhuman stamina that he is able fight his powerful opponents over about 10 days and not even getting tired and never eating or drinking.
