Standing at nearly 10 feet tall, Jaguar D. David is not nearly as tall as most giants. The son of Jaguar D. Saul, David inherited his father's strength and spirit, but not his height. He wears an overlarge Marine Cap turned backwards and constantly has his nose in a book.

David is self-concious about his height and dislikes anyone pointing it out. He is a bit of a bookworm and will only willingly interact with those he already trusts (or those who initiate the conversation). He has his own distinct laughter style: "Iyaiyaiyaiyai."

David's main advantage in combat is his immense strength. He is as strong as most giants, but people tend to underestimate him because of his height. He also has an encyclopedic memory for history and obscure facts.
