Antonio is a member of the Latoya Family, one of it's adopted sons to be exact. He is also a member of the Latoya Brigade, serving as one of it's Chef de Cuisine. He owns and operates the Poor House Bistro found in the first half of paradise. He's famed for his exquisite and breathtaking variety of dishes, known for entertaining and feeding a large array of people such as High Ranking Marines, Shichibukai members, kings and queens, even the likes of Pirate Emperors go out of their way to taste his cooking.
Appearance[]
Antonio is a young man of his early twenties, with yellow eyes and a vertical scar on his left eyebrow. Antonio actually has had this scar since a very early age as when he was five and his fascination over a knife made him reach for one on the counter, only to have it fall and cut deeply, forever scaring him. He has spiky dark-red hair with short bangs, he tends to keep them trimmed so they could stay out of his eyes while he enters his cooking states. Antonio's dark red hair is often called a low shade of crimson, yet soft to the touch.
Personality[]
Antonio is a naturally kind individual, unlike the majority of his siblings, Antonio isn't inherently negative, instead the young man is seen almost perpetually smiling or at the very least a laid back look on his face. He's extremely calm and chilled out, usually doing his best to make others around him at peace and equally happy. He's even seen this relaxed while doing knife tricks such as juggling them or extremely fast dicing with his eyes closed. This can be because unlike most he grew up around, he never allowed his mother's constant pressure and harsh judgement to overwhelm him though this could be connected to him smoking of herb.
Something else about Antonio, he's not all that critical of his cooking or of his staffs, actually taking steps back and just making sure everyone is cooking with their heart. In turn, this brings out the passion in his staff, from the cooks, the waiters and the dish washers, they all push themselves to their best in order to repay his kindness. This kindness extends to his family, even the likes of Kelis, who while the rest of the family was negative with, Antonio complemented her cooking and even compares her own technique to his own. He cares deeply for his family, doing his best to stay in contact with them, even doing bi weekly calls with them. Even his mother who he has a strained relationship admits he's the type to never abandon his family.
Antonio is also the first person to step up to solve a problem, even if it leads into a massive brawl. He's the type to stand up to an attacking pirate crew or simply a customer getting aggressive with a staff member or another customer. Because of this nature of his Antonio has trained himself in his swordsmanship, even incorporating his knives into his arsenal just in case he is in trouble and away from his sword. Not just that but also refined his devil fruit into a trusty weapon of his. Just like with his cooking, Antonio maximizes what he has in front of him be it food or his blades.
Something he did inherit from his mother is a deep appreciation for the world, especially the dishes that are found all over the world. He's the type to want to learn as many dishes, cooking techniques, and find new ways of enhancing what he has already made. Because of this he gets along quite well with people from all over, not really discriminating against others as he feeds pirates and marines alike. Even Fishmen and Minks have been hired by him as food their talents and unique dishes.

Antonio has developed a very technical and precise swordsmanship as he mixed his blade work with the dexterity he's built of the countless years of cooking. This was also paired up rather well with the pointers and lessons taught to him by a a certain customer of his it allowed him to develop an amazing style.
Cookie Cutter: When Antonio quickly draws his sword and slashes swiftly in a singular horizontal motion in a crescent shape, creating numerous chaotic crescent blades. This technique is considered rather dangerous as Antonio can use it in a mere instant.
Taffy Rampage: Antonio uses his fruit to stretch his blade out into a longer version of itself, then he swings the gigantic version of his sword in a powerful frontal crescent-shaped slash that creates powerful multi-directional long-ranged slashes in the ground.
Dough Strike: Antonio dashes forward with a series of extended whip slashes that winds around and through the target. He then turns his blade back into metal to shred his foe.
Skewer: Antonio can use this technique to thrust his sword forward, almost shoot his thrust out like a bullet. This technique is viewed as rather dangerous as he can go from a defensive stance to him suddenly ramming his blade cleanly through. The neat trick about this is that unique make up of Antonio's body as he can harmlessly pop his arm out of his socket before placing it back. This extra range is a key trick in fooling people and catch them off guard.
Devil Fruit[]
Kuku Kuku no Mi:With this fruit, the user has easy access to food to feed themselves and others just by transforming any object into food. The user does not even need to cook the food. The user can also turn an object into food in order to make it less dangerous or otherwise more useful.
Antonio has refined the use of this devil fruit to operate completely reflexively, being able to neutralize threats using his fruit. An example of his use of the fruit is by turning the blades of his opponent into things such as pretzels or candy canes upon contact with his skin. He can even extend this to bullets, turning them into marshmallows, preventing them from causing him any damage.
Though he can also use this fruit in a more combative way, such as using his fruit to turn his sword's blade into a taffy like substance to stretch out the blade before suddenly turning back into a blade as it strikes an enemy. He can also turn the floor into a pudding like substance then kicking it out before turning it back into stone to fire rapidly at foes. He's also been seen using his fruit to escape from his binds by turning them into cotton candy, escaping buildings by turning it into cakes, the fruit only really limited to his creativity.
Normally the food that's created by the power of this devil fruit has a horrible taste to it, when used to make raw ingredients it's been shown Antonio can actually bring out the hidden taste of the food. Such as turning a log into a large roll of pork belly. While at first it seemed to taste as bad as anything he creates, it was thanks to his skills and in-depth knowledge over cooking that he created a fine Porchetta.
