Luc E. Feuer is a New World Pirate and Captain of the Lucifer Pirates. She is known around the New World as the Satanic Temptress due to her reputation and her Devil Fruit Powers. She is the twin sister of Licht D. Himmel. Her current bounty at this time is unknown.
Appearance
Feuer is a tall beautiful young woman with long fiery red hair reaching her thighs, blue eyes, fair skin with a buxom figure. She has a habit of wearing revealing clothing that to most people would find immodest but to Feuer she does not seem to care. Though a running gag would be that Feuer is naturalist, and at times, would prefer to walk around either wearing only a skirt with boots or heels while topless or with no clothing at all which most of the time would freak her crew members out.
Personality
Due to her Devil Fruit powers, Feuer is a prideful woman with an explosive temper who is quick to anger. Because of her short tempered nature, she is also known as the Satanic Temptress due to not only seducing men to fall for her whim due to her powers but destroying islands without second thought. Feuer is also known to be cruel when either she or any of her crew members are insulted or harmed and would not hesitate to end their lives or incapacitate them.
As someone with great beauty, Feuer can be flirtatious due to her trust issues she has with settling down due to the number of men who would often fall for her due to her beauty. She has no trouble flirting with men to get her way but mostly she would use force to get what she wants if angered. Though, she has admitted not knowing how or what love felt like since she was a child and had long forgotten the emotion when her parents disappeared and her twin brother abandoned her.
Although she is known to be very aggressive and confrontational, most of the time, she is known to be caring, laidback and respectful to a certain degree. Feuer is also shown to be highly caring for her crew members treating them as her family and is severely protective of them. When meeting new people, Feuer can become curious about them and would want to know more about them as she tries to befriend them. Feuer is also known to have high intelligence when knowing about the world around her. She loves to discover everything there is about what is happening in the New World that she is caught up in certain events.

Abilities and Powers
For four years as captain, Feuer has absolute authority over the crew along with her right-hand woman Lilith. Sailing through the New World, the Lucifer Pirates began to rise in infamy mainly Feuer, Lilith, Draven and Wolfe; four of the strongest members of the crew. Feuer and her crew are known for causing carnage with pirates in the New World who dare to challenge them. Feuer is a fearsome pirate who, along with the rest of her crew, have complete resistance to Conqueror's Haki and can easily defeat a large group of marines and/or pirates all on her own. She also has a strong will with a refusal to back down, be defeated in a fight or any challenge until her last breath.
Physical Abilities
Feuer has immense strength and resilience as she is able to endure physical torture and pain for a long period of time while still fighting and has an extraordinary recovery rate in which her body can heal in a few days. Feuer is also an extremely powerful hand to hand combatant without relying too much on her powers which she learned from her parents growing up at a young age.
Devil Fruit
Feuer has eaten a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit called the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Satan, which allows her to transform into a hybrid or into a full demon. When in her hybrid form, she usually has devil horns, a tail and wings. While in her full demon form, she grows to 20 feet tall, her skin turns crimson red, her eyes turn blood red and her body is surrounded by a blood red aura. With the use of her devil fruit powers, in both her full demon form and hybrid form, Feuer can also summon hell-fire for attacks, which she can generate and manipulate the cursed flames of Hell that can reach temperatures of 66,698°F which can completely incinerate anyone and anything in her path.
Attacks
Hell Fire Blast(ヘルファイアばくはつHerufaia Bakuhatsu): Feuer's main common attack she uses where she generates hell-flames from her hands and hurls them at her enemies incinerating them into ash.

History
Feuer was born the eldest twin sister of Licht D. Himmel(formerly Luc. E Micheal), daughter to Luc E. Krieg and Beau E. Frieden on an island in the New World called Gelassenheit. For the first five to six years of her life, Feuer's life was peaceful and lived a serene life with her family. By the time Feuer was six years old, her home was invaded by an unknown group who caused carnage to the island and enslaved her parents in front of her and her twin brother. After the carnage had dispersed, what remained of Gelassenheit was now in ruins and the only survivors were Feuer and Himmel. Two years later, the relationship between the twins begin to deteriorate as they got into arguments and even tried to hurt one another.
One day, a mysterious figure in white appeared before Feuer and Himmel seeing what was once Gelassenheit. He turns to Himmel and offers to take him under his wing to show him the truth on the path of righteousness and salvation. At first Himmel was reluctant in not wanting to join but decided to go to which Feuer refused to let him leave. Angered by his sister's refusal to let him go, the twins got into a heated fight with Himmel giving her a grave warning that if he ever finds her again, he would kill her without hesitation and no longer sees her as his sister anymore. The mysterious man asked Himmel what his name then wanted to know if he wished to change his name to a more holy name. Thus, Licht D. Himmel was born.
Licht D. Himmel leaves with the mysterious man in white leaving Feuer by herself in the ruins of Gelassenheit where she lived as an emotionless empty shell. At that time, she finds a Devil Fruit which she consumed and obtained powers of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Satan. A year after obtaining her Devil Fruit Powers, she meets her first-mate and lifelong friend Lilith.

- Feuer's birthday, October 30th, comes from Devil's Night; a name associated with the night before Halloween in Detroit, Michigan.
- When combining Feuer's name, it is almost pronounced like Lucifer which is in correlation to her Devil Fruit.
- In German, Feuer means "Fire".
