Marcy Valkaz is a Vice Admiral of the Marines and their lead Medical Officer. He is currently one of the youngest, or youngest looking, Marine to hold the rank of Vice Admiral. He joined the Marines at a very young age and is one of, if not, the most accomplished medical Doctor at the Marine's disposal.

Marcy is a somewhat tall lean looking young man with long red hair styled very effeminately. He wears the traditional outfit worn by all Vice Admirals. He wears a pink dress shirt with a black tie, along with his Admiral's coat draped over his shoulders like a cape. He also wears dark colored dress pants with black shoes.
