Michael Perfetto is a Marine Rear Admiral and former Bounty Hunter and member of Scabbard.
Appearance[]
Michael is a tall handsome man with blonde hair, piercing red eyes, and a well-defined musculature with a Wing Tree symbol on his back.
He is never seen without his signiture white cap which he always wears backward on his head. when in Stealth situations he often garbs himself in a black hoodie and tight pants with White shoes. However at almost all other time he can be found shirtless wearing ripped light jeans and a hoodie around his waist he is also known to wear his commodore coat whenever possible.
Unlike most Marine's of his station Michael prfers to dress rather casually only sporting his Commodore's coat when in uniform and he is never seen in a suit or any sort of formal wear.
Personality[]
Michael's ever confident Smile
Michael has an extremely high opinion of himself often calling himself the "Perfect" Human due to his exceptional birth and skills as a member of the Sea king hunting Red Eye tribe. He also wears his heart on his sleeve and doesn't hesitate to voice his opinions to his teammate and even enemy pirates. He is also quick to conflict when challenged by those he sees as lesser then himself however is non-chalant when challenged by those he sees as his equals. When put in a team he prefers to take charge and as the "Perfect Human" he sees his teammates as extensions of his glory and will help them reflect that.
Despite all of his posturing Michael holds a high reverence for his master Senkaku. Following his master's example he is extremely quick to create strategies for dealing with situations and whatever task he is assigned even when he would rather do something else as shown in dressrosa where despite wanting to face the enemy commanders he quickly accepted and made a strategy for his assigned task of evacuating civilians.

Michael began to but heads with Tsuchi as soon as he met as he sees her treatment of others as weak and he sees her challenging his greatness as grave insult and he wents so far as to challenge her to a fight to put her in her place before they were interrupted.

Red Eye Martial Arts[]
Red Eye Martial arts is a martial art that is practiced by certain skilled members of the Red Eye Tribe designed to kill Sea Kings that live around their homeland the martial art allows for the manipulation of air to create powerful attacks and greatly improve the user's speed as to damage and dodge the attacks of sea kings.
Michael is proficient in using multiple techniques of this martial art allowing him to perform complex movements to manipulate the air and wind.
- Silent Wind: Michael manipulates the way light reacts to the air around him granting his psuedo invisibility allowing him to attack from any angle
- Shatter Cone: Michael creates a cone of compressed air in front of his fist to launch an incredibly powerful ranged strike. With help from Senkaku Michael his been able to incorporate Semei Kikan into this technique to create a flaming fist.
- Slicing Air: Using a chop, Michael can split the air itself in order to send a shock wave to attack an enemy. This techique can be done multiple times to create a series of wind blades to attack an opponent and can be done with both the foot or hand.
- Nameless Technique: Michael punches at a fair distance from the intended target, transmitting the force of the blow through the air increasing in strength to release a shock wave that can penetrate the bones of a sea king.
Devil Fruit[]
Michael has eaten a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit called the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Archangel which grants him the ability to transform into a hybrid or full holy manifestation of an Archangel. When in Hybrid form he gains a pair of glowing wings and halo, While in full Archangel form he grows to be 20-25 feet tall,his skin begins to glow a golden hue his eyes begins to shine like the sun and his body is bathed in a holy aura. When in hybrid and full form Michael is able to cojure holy light which he is able to form into various attacks and basic weapons which are able to move at the speed of light and are able to cause opponents to find peace when they are struck by it preventing them from forming a plan as their minds will become blank when they are struck. Michael is also able to use his wings to greatly enhance his martial art's air manipulation.
Semei Kikan[]
Michael is able to use Semei Kikan to manipulate his body flow allowing him to become faster and stronger as well as stop wounds from bleeding.
Haki[]
Kenbunshoku Haki[]
Michael has always been naturally proficient in the use of Observation Haki which he can use to Sense the locations and emotions of others, he has even been able to detect if a person is a devil fruit user if they are emotional enough. He was also taught to sharpen his Observation Haki by Senkaku in order to become an incredibly powerful fighter allowing him to make moves without thinking about them.
Busoshoku Haki[]
Michael is proficient in the use of Armament Haki able to Imbue his strikes with Haki and coat his body in haki either in parts or fully. After training he was able to imbue his light constructs with Haki.
