Monkey D. Biff, also known as "Biff The Spokesman", is the main protagonist of the story of One Piece after the Era of Monkey D. Luffy , he is the captain and creator of the Peace Troops, a powerfull pirate crew with the aim of being able to bring peace to the world.
He is the son of Monkey D. Ace jr. , and grandson of the currently pirate king Monkey D. Luffy . He doesn't have any brother or sister. The Mother's name is unknown.
Appearance []
Biff is a medium height boy with gray hair that have a white tuft inherited from his mother. He has black eyes and pale skin with a scar on his right arm. He usually wears hoodies and both long and short pants. He loves to wear low booties. He also doesn't like warm colours on his body.
Personality[]
Biff is a very sly person that loves making people feel safe when they're with him. He cares a lot about his friends, especially his crew, and he will try to protect you from everything if you are close with him. He has a enemy friend kind of relationship even with who he goes against. He's a really well-smart person that always thinks at everything before doing things, kinda like the bookworm of the class.
He hates the way the Pirates,the Government and the Marines act to reach their goals and impose their ideals, infact, when the Navy gave him the name of pirate, they made him so mad as he sees himself more like a liberetor of the of the cities or islands he comes in. He is not a violent type, but when it comes to battle someone that hurts others, surely he will not back down and will do everything to defeat him.
He doesn't like to talk that much about his past or his family even with his closest friend, although sometimes he mentions people who have disappointed him a lot during his childhood, for this reason he grew up with a more mature character than others. One of these people turns out to be Eagle, a person that he trusted a lot, who turns out to be mixed and perfidious.
History []
Biff was born in the big city of Tayokuni a desert kind of city situated in mid-east part of the Red Line, near the Grand Line, he lived there for two years with his parents, but they had to escape because of the evacuation caused by the alarm to the "Big Explosion".
They then moved, for a very short time, to Foosha Village , temporary residence of his grandfather, who then gave at Biff his Devil Fruit. They had to move again as no one had to know about their relationship with Monkey D. Luffy.
He then moved to a small island called Calipso Island,remaining there for 5 years where he became friend with Eagle,Hugo and Gowet and Camelì. Unfortunately, they had to move again as the island where attacked by one of the 10 Slayers, Gani The Elephant Clown.
They finally found a home on a quiet island,in Aki village. Here he met Toka, an elderly gentleman and former protector of the village.Toka took Biff under his wing, becoming his master of both combat and culture,transferring all his knowledge. And so that Biff became passionate about the master's stories, especially about the Revolutionary Army, because he shared in part its objectives, he was then hurt to know that the army was no longer active after the defeat of Dragon. From then on, he decided to train hard in order to rekindle the spark of peace in the world. and, even tho his father didn't understand his son he supported him anyway. After the years or training he finally decided to move from the island and find follow his ideals of a peace world.
Passing island to island he created a true moviment of people that followe his ideals and his passion in what he does, some of them are now part of the Peace Troops, a crew of people that is tryng to bring happiness and tranquility in the world,where he is the captain.
Abilities and Powers[]
Extreme Intelligence and Knowledge of Colture : Thanks to the stories and teachings of his Master he learned so many things, many more than a person should learn in his childhood and adolescence, and, "thanks" to the continuous movements from city to city, he learned the different cultures and the different people that you can find in different island, making him not only a smart captain, but a good navigator to.
Close Combat Techniques : By being helped by his Master trough the year of training, his power level increased so much that even Toka feared him, as he often trained Biff by fighting with him. Biff is also able of defeat giant with his combat style.
Devil Fruit : Biff is the owner of the Sbam-Sbam Fruit ,a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that gives super strenght at arms and legs to those who ingest it. He use this power to make incredibly powerfull punches and kicks that can kill a well-trained human. By training he managed to exploit his power not only by hitting the enemy directly, for example he is able to create air waves by "punching" the air, or, another example, if he punch the earth under him, he can can create small earthquakes. He is also able to use the strenght of his leg to make incredible jumps and run faster thana normal human. Furthermore, the bones present in its limbs are so resistant that it is almost impossible to break them.
