Monkey D. Raul is the cousin of Monkey D. Luffy, and son of Monkey D. Nikku. He is the user of the Genzai Genzai no Mi (Current Current Fruit), a Paramecia type that allows him to create force to move himself or other people, similar to Bartholomew Kuma's Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, and he also creates a "Crush Attack" that can be used offensively, but only on contact. Simply, Raul's Devil Fruit allows him to install pressure into someone after contact that can also move his opponent.

After Timeskip
After the timeskip, we meet a 24 year old Raul on a ship with the marking, "Pulse". He sails to the New World to meet Luffy and his crew. Unfortunately, when he gets there, he is killed by Big Mom after hearing a false rumor that he was stronger than her.
Techniques
Kodo Hiko (English: Pulsing Flight)
Raul touches himself and flies off into the air. This can be used offensively with the next technique he has.
Denka! (English: Charge!)
After using Kodo Hiko, he can dive and hit his opponents.
Kurakku... Hakai! (English: Crack... Destroy!)
Raul's most powerful attack, where he hits his opponent and makes them explode.
