Morrigan Blacque (モーリガン ブラック, Mo-rigan Burakku) is the Shipwright of the Bear Claw Pirates. Originally a servant of the Tenryubito and bodyguard of Mercuia, Morrigan chased after her after she escaped and was defeated by Dhahaka D. Knave. Morrigan later joins the crew at Mercuia's request, and lends his skills as a shipwright (he was one before beign enslaved by the Tenryubito).
