Ozul is the helmsman and weapon specialist of the Moonheart Pirates. He is the seventh member to join the crew.
Appearance[]
Ozul is a bat humink with large purple bat ears on his head and bat wings on his back. He has pale skin with medium black hair with yellowish orange streaks at the ends, red eyes and fangs that would protrude from his mouth. He usually has a habit of wearing dark colors and he hates wearing bright colored clothing.
Personality and Relationships[]
Ozul is known to be paranoid of everyone and everything that could potentially harm him and his crew. As such, Ozul expects doom from every encounter to the point that, when facing off against the Marines, he starts to have major panic attacks thinking that either him or his crew would meet their ultimate demise. Ozul's paranoia results in extreme pessimism, as he often disregards any possibility of survival or finds the most depressing way in which to express the odds of surviving an encounter.
Despite this, Ozul's paranoia, at times, does have its benefits, since it is shown time and again that Ozul is a brilliant inventor. His devices and weapons have been used in different situations and many times have helped the crew in many ways than one. For example, during a fight against the Savage Pirates' crew member Kayaku, he was able to use battle capsules in combat to help aid in during his battle that ultimately assisted him in beating Kayaku. He also has numerous traps set up about the ship, which the others criticize but they inevitably turn out useful, an example being when the Marines tried to invade the Moonheart Pirates' ship.
During Ozul's time out at sea, his personality has changed where he is shown to be brave, confident and serious to the point that he will go to the extremes to save what he loves, being his crew or the Ursa Senshi. Though part bat mink, and despite not being much of a fighter, he does very well in hand-to-hand combat, stealth and resourcefulness thanks to training with Karui.
