"Rosary Pea" (Kanji Romanji?), also known as the "King of the Jungle" (Kanji Romanji?), is a high-ranking member of the God Pirates; holding the rank as a member of the God's Guard, the personal protectors of the Supreme Commander.

Before becoming a pirate, Pea lived in the Boin Archipelago and gained his ephitet for his ability to survive in the Archipelago for so long.

Enhanced Senses[]

Because John living in the most extreme set of environments where he's at risk of dying on a daily, his senses have adapted and heightened past normal human capabilities. This includes his smell, hearing, and even taste. These heightened abilities mostly involve something with detecting poisoned plants or hearing small entities move from a great distance. This is how he was able to survive for as long as he has and why he's known as the King of the Jungle.

Poison Immunity[]

Most of the plants on the Boin Archipelago are poisoned and because of John's regular consumption, he's gained immunity for most of the poisons on the archipelago. This is a huge advantage for John since searching for unpoisoned food was going to be a challenge, especially for a younger version of himself. It has come to the point where he actively consumes poisoned plants to gain stronger immunity and studies the effects of poison on the daily. He even grows his own plants and breeds different types together in the hopes of creating stronger vegetation on the archipelago and to study the genetic structure of certain species. By using his enhanced senses, John can pinpoint certain plants to use for his experiments or for consumption.
