Attwater Sage, "Sage Blue Blood", or just Sage, was one of the first members to join the Peace Troops and follow Biff. He's the cook and swordsman of the crew and has a total bounty of 250,000,000 Belly.
Appearance
Sage is a very tall and muscular boy with tanned skin. He has black eyes and white tuft hair. He also has a hint of a beard on his face. The accessories he always wears are a dark blue bandana and his jacket, always blue. Apart from those, his clothes and accessories change according to the place where he is or must be directed. He always has his swords with him too. Its nickname derives from the color of the bandana and the jacket, "Sage Blue Blood".
Personality
Sage is an extremely loyal and friendly person, who often tends to try not to make anyone angry, also he is not even a lover of combat. During the trip he became Biff's best friend and helped him many times in his fights trying to never give up, trying to be as useful as possible to his captain. He loves cooking and making people happy with his kitchen, in fact, he immediately demoralizes when he is criticized for it, even tho, a casual compliment will be enough to make him happy and peaceful again. In addition, Sage, always tries to make friends with everyone, or, at least, to include anyone in his group of friends, as he was always excluded from other children during his childhood. Sage is one of the few crew members who prefers to stay on the ship and work, rather than going out to have fun or fight. Despite his nature as a pacifist and a good person, if he is in a situation where he must fight or need him, he will be the first to come forward and fight for others, giving his best. In addition, he is a person who tends never to give up because he does not want to disappoint the expectations of close people who believe in him.
History
Sage was born and raised in Umi Village, a town located on an island in the East Blue, famous for its fish and typical dishes. Sage lived in a campagan house outside the village with his father Bajiru. His father, with a cold and detached behavior, because of his being a former captain of the Marine, has always tried to make Sage inherit his composure, so that one day he will become a Captain as he was in the past. But this did not give results from Sage, who still did not like to fight. At 19, Sage went to work in a restaurant in his village as a subordinate cook.
