Saint Harmony (real name Princess Harmony Val-Hindenburg), known as The Richest Girl on the Planet and The Black-Hearted Horse is a World Noble and a former member of the Black Market Organization. Due to her immense wealth, she rose up to becoming a World Noble and a princess at the same time and aims to become the Queen of the World. She is considered the leader of the new government organization C.O.R.E.
Personality[]
Saint Harmony is a very selfish and self-centered women. Her motto is "Money talks" often saying to others that only people as rich as her can talk to her which, in her mind, literally means no one else is worthy of talking to her. She also has a typical World Noble attitude as she doesn't like to compare herself to humans and wears a bubble on her head when in public. She also extremely vain viewing herself as the true most beautiful women on the planet. Should anyone anger her, she's quick to either shoot them with her special "Air Bullets" or using her powers to zap them.
Despite this, she does show decently at times. She is grateful to the World Government for waiting on her hand and foot and she does hold her butler in high regard. Her only friend, Zero D. Hooverson, is the only person she is willing to been with despite him becoming a Nekomata mink due to his powers. During the end of the first part of the series, they even get married despite still not liking each other but enough to be seen together a lot with.

Because of her status as a princess and a World Noble, Harmony has almost complete control of the entire world. Although she is long longer a member of it, Harmony is still able to run the Black Market Organization through other means mainly by her associates. She also has complete reign of the Cresent Moon Kingdom and has enough authority to order even the Admirals and even Fleet Admiral to her whim (except for Chaos who is much stronger than her). She was also able to force Zero to disband the Rider Pirates and force him into marriage and rebuilt his former crew into the C.O.R.E. organization. Even Fleet Admiral Chaos herself said that "If it wasn't for me running things properly, that women would literally be able to buy the entire world and make everyone her slaves."
Physical abilities[]
Described as a "World Noble who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty," Saint Harmony is very powerful in battle. She forced Zero to train her in the Six Powers but is only able to use Tekkai and Shigan. However, she feels these are more than enough to show her strength.
