Senkaku also known as "Kondazu", is a High Ranking Marine and one of the Two leaders of WING. He is known for being laid-back and prone to using his words over his fists.
Personality
Senkaku is a man who will always try to talk his way out of battles and is usually nonchalant and kind towards people such as his students and colleagues as well as civilians. As a rule Senkaku will try to avoid combat and using his persuasion skills and his Kenbunshoku Haki to read the minds of those around him he will attempt to bring conflicts to a peaceful end or not interfere if he is not needed however his rule has one exceptions as he will not forgive or allow those who kill marines to go unpunished and when chooses to act he is known to be quick and ruthless in his actions.
When in combat Senkaku is always mindful of those around him and will often try to avoid collateral damage when fighting either by negating his opponents large scale attacks or by moving the battle to a more secluded location if he is able to. His attempts to minimize casualties is due to his belief in "Protective Justice" as he believes that it is a Marine's duty to defend the people they are supposed to help thus when in combat he is known to create portals from the location he is fighting to a safer area which can cause him to be distracted at the start of a fight which a sufficently fast and/or skilled opponent may be able to capitalise upon.
Because of his ideals Senkaku is an extremely compassionate man, gentle and soft-spoken towards his subordinates and civilians alike. He exhibits immense concern for his troops,prioritizing their safety over leading them and if he deems the situation too dangerous he would rather attend to the situation by himself then order his troops to charge in first.
Senkaku is an extremely intelligent and tactical person allowing him to make great use of his Devil fruit which is seen as one of the most powerful Mental devil fruits, He is also able to come up with a stratergy for almost any situation however he is not arrogant in his intelligence and will take onboard suggestions from his peers and even his subordinates.
Relationships
Laufey
Laufey is Senkaku's pet orange flamingo whom he has been with since childhood, after Senkaku joined the marines Laufey followed him> When Senkaku was caught in an ambush Laufey rescued him carrying him to safety despite suffering an injury herself and loosing some of her talons in the process, Senkaku has tried to heal Pinky from that day onwards and once he was promoted to vice-admiral he acquired a seastone prosthetic for her. Senkaku and Laufey have an extremely close relationship as they seem to have an almost telepathic bond, When Senkaku is fighting Laufey will fly over the battlefield and pick off Devil fruit users who are giving senkaku trouble with her seastone talons. Laufey is also happy to carry Senkaku as a form of transport as she is unusually strong for a bird of her size as she is able to carry Senkaku in his human form without much despite him being nine feet tall due to her species being far stronger then their pink kin.
Abilities and Powers
Overview
As a high ranking marine, Senkaku has respectable abilities in both mind and body.He also has command over lower-ranking subordinates.
Senkaku is a master martial artist being a master of rokushiki as well as being a master hand to hand combatant. Senkaku is also extremely proficient with his devil fruit being able to open portals to his void demiplane so quickly that many think he is a logia user.
Senkaku is extremely tactical in both combat and in negotiation being able to come a solution to most problems without coflict, however when in conflict Senkaku has shown to be able to figure out what his opponent is planning with just enough information. He's also shown to be extremely adaptable to pretty much any enemy he's faced so far, knowing exactly what to do in order to counter their techniques and defeat them.
Physical Abilities
Having undergone extremely hard speacialised training,Senkaku has developed physical ability at a vastly superhuman level, specifically 400 times stronger than a common, armed soldier, He is able to enhance his strength even further using Busoshoku Haki and his Semei kikan.Due to his training Senkaku is a rokushiki master with true innate understanding of the martial art.
Senkaku's main strength comes from his innate speed as he was able to blitz an entire pirate crew at a young age and by the time he was a rear admiral he was able to keep up with lightning as shown in his battle against Zensuke Vahagn who is able to move at become lightning. Senkaku can greater enhance his speed through the use of Soru and/or his semei kikan. Senkaku also has great reflexes matching his incredible speed.
He also has immense durability as he is able to shrug off multiple pistol and cannon shots without sustaining serious damage even without using tekai or Busoshoku haki which enhances his durability even further.
Fighting Style
Rokushiki
Senkaku is a master of Rokushiki,having a mastery of all techniques and having more powerful versions of different techniques.
He is able to use the advanced techniques of Tobu Shigan which he imbues with haki emission and his Semei Kikan to launch fireballs as well as ranged strikes capable of hitting the bodies of logia users, He is also able to use Shigan with his entire fist to create a large and more powerful attack.
Senkaku is able to use variations upon Rankakyu including "Sen" allowing him to launch his attack in a straight line rather then a curve, he is able to shoot four Rankyaku projectiles at once,He can imbue his Rankyaku with his Seimei Kikan causing his kicks to become ignited.
Senkaku is also able to combine the techniques of Geppo and Soru as well as his seimei kikan to move almost faster then the normal eye can track in the air with three dimensions of movement.
Senkaku has also advanced his use of Tekkai mastering Tekkai kempo allowing him to move while using the technique which he combines with Busoshoku haki to make himself almost indestructible while also mobile, He has also master the ability to use Tekkai as a counter transfering the shock of an attack back to the attacker which when combined with his Busoshoku Emission allows him to counter even energy attacks.
Senkaku is a rokushiki prodidgy inside the marines and is one of only two people to know the Rokushiki hidden technique, Rokuogan outside of Cipher Poll, He is also able to utilize his own variation of the technique granting it greater range. He has also developed his own variation of Rokuogan called "Rokuogan Akaitsuku (Red Moon)" where he intergrates his Haki emission and Seimei Kikan to create a massive close range explosive blast capable of greating damaging his opponent and even completely breaking through any opponent's defenses.
Secret arts of Skypiea
Senkaku's is a master of Skypiean secret arts having been taught it from a young age before he left Skypiea. Due to having torn of his wings Senkaku has adapted his fighting style to incorporate his incredible speed to make up for his lack of wings however he is unable to naturally fly causing him to use bursts of air and his rokushiki to simulate flight.Due to this he has developed his own version of the martial art called Fire Whirl style where he combines his Semei kikan and Secret arts to imbue fire into his wind attacks.
Fist of the Wind God is a basic offensive attack that is taught to young or new practitioners. When utilizing the Fist of the Wind God, the user gathers a spiraling flow of air by spinning their elbow in a circle, compressing the air into a swirling sphere around their fist. When a target is hit, the wind is released from the user's fist in a furiously rotating whirlwind, a cyclone, that is able to break off chunks of flesh or even break bones. The cutting nature of these powerful cyclones is enough to damage or even destroy some of the strongest metals, and it slashes away in the form of invisible blades of wind. The primary weakness of this technique is it requires speed to perform, and it is easiest to pull off when the user moves in a straight line.
- Hurricane Cannon is a more complicated attack that is creating by gathering a large quantity of air into their hands. They then fire a huge burst of air from their palm. This attack is capable of tossing around debris, ships, and even destroying buildings. The winds of this attack are incredibly sharp and can cut up almost anything that gets inside the area. Senkaku uses a less powerful version of this attack to enhance his vertical movement.
- Kind Wind Shield is a simple defensive maneuver of that is achieved by the user collecting a mass of air creating a solid wall of air. The wall can be projected forward to disperse an incoming attack or be shaped into a sphere to protect from multiple directions or expanded to defend a larger area.
- Fire Whirl Style: Solar Flare is a basic offensive attack for of the Fire Whirl style When using the Solar flare the user generates flames from the palm of his hands by rotatiing his arms in the direction of the target causing the winds created from this technique to become fire due to the friction the user creates from their movements causing a torando of spiralling flame to fly from the user's palms.
- Fire Whirl Style: Explosive Palm Strike is an attack created by Senkaku where the user created a large quantity of air and then infusing it with Semei Kikan to project a large mass of flaming air which is able to send them flying knocking out weaker opponents and moving more powerful opponents away from population centers.
Devil Fruit
Senkaku has eaten from the Kokū Kokū no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that made him a "Void Human" capable of pulling space in and out of a void-like Pocket Dimension, with this he can create portals into this pocket or simply teleport space into it which allows him to easily capture enemies inside his void from which they are unable to escape unless they have teleportation abilities of their own. Through the use of his void Senkaku is able to teleport massive distances in an instant by pulling the space between him and his location into his void as whatever he pulls into his void will be filled in with space surrounding it. He is also able to use this ability to move his battles from populated areas.
Senkaku is able to create portals into his void which he can use to absorb attacks or move civilians inside his void so that they will be safe and move his forces from one open portal to another bringing them into and out of a battle with relative ease. Once his forces are inside his void he is able to create a safe area where they can rest without being effect by any attacks he sends into his void, which is also where he stores various objects and weapons in his void as well as using it to hold meeting out of the way of danger or prying ears.
As defense senkaku is able to pull himself into void to avoid attacks becoming intangible however unlike Logia users he is unable to interact with the physical world when he is intangible however this also means he is immune to being struck with Haki as he has no physical body in that dimension to be struck. He is also able to negate attacks physical or energy based by absorbing them into a one way portal or by teleporting the attack into the demiplane.
When in combat Senkaku employs a myriad of uses from his devil fruit, being able to create one way portals in and out of his void which act like blackholes or kinetic strikes depending upon whether the portals are going in or out of the void. He also employs his devil fruit to teleport select parts of an objects into his void slicing through any object which he chooses to target. He is also able to store objects in his void and drop them to create Meteors.
Seimei Kikan
Senkaku is able to use Seimei Kikan to speed up the blood flow in all or selected parts of his body, in order to provide them with more oxygen and nutrients. He claims that this is good for his body and keeps him fit and young, This technique also increases his speed and strength greatly he is able to increase this ability in various stages. Due to the increase in his speed Senkaku is able to cause parts of his body to ignite which he uses to imbue his strikes with a fiery aura. He also combines this technique with his martials arts and Haki to grealry enhance. Senkaku also uses Seimei Kikan to slow down his blood flow allowing him to hold his breath for extremely long periods of time and slow down the damage done by injuries by causing the blood to not flow out of his body.
Haki
Being of Vice Admiral rank,Senkaku holds proficiency in Haki, both in Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku.
Kenbunshoku Haki
Senkaku is a proficient in the use of Kenbunshoku haki being able to use it to sense the location of others as well as their strength and mental states which he uses to aid in his negotians and in his battle tactics. Senkaku is also able to use Kenbunshoku haki to predict what a person is going to do, usually seconds prior, in what resembles a pseudo-form of precognition.
Senkaku's Sharpened Kenbunshoku Haki
He is to sharpen his control of Kenbunshoku Haki to predict sense an opponent's weak spots and remove his conscioustss from his body, allowing it to move and fight independent of his thoughts and emotions allowing him to enhance his techniques and physical parameters beyond what he is able to achieve normally.

Senkaku has a mastery of Busoshoku haki able to use it to enhance and harden his physical body. Senkaku is also extremely proficient in more advanced Busoshoku haki technique as he is able to emit his haki a short distance to strike opponents without touching them. Senkaku suppliments his Rokushiki techniques with haki enhancing his techniques. Senkaku's mastery of Haki emission has allowed him to form his own technique allowing him to redirect energy.

- Senkaku has a large amount of parrallels with the character Rob Lucci including his use of Rokushiki and pet bird however he appears to be the polar opposite of him in terms of personality.
- Senkaku's Epithet of "Kondazu" translated to "Navy Crane"
- His epithet is both a reference to the Dark blue color of his Void but also a reference to Laufey as the Kanji for Flamingo means Red Crane.
