Solanine Elvira is a great friend of Gett E. Berg and is a Marine Ensign. She is the eater of the Goe Goe no Mi. Both she and Berg serve and have fought pirates together,especially the likes of Crack R. Jack and his crew.
Appearance[]
Elvira is a young woman who is of "average" height, she is about as tall as her mentor Alarie Maëlys. She has dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. Her hair goes down over her shoulders and toward her lower back. She has a curvaceous figure and glossy lips that sparkles her face as well as her eyes. Elvira loves to wear her black latex bodysuit with a zipper in the middle revealing a bit of her cleavage. She has white heeled knee high boots that fit with her outfit as well as having white cuffs under her wrists. Some have said she looks like a younger Maelys despite there being no blood related relevance about the two.
Other times, Elvira may wear a black dressed uniform with similar style but with a full uniform jacket and a black short lengthed skirt to reveal her legs; All depends on what the occasion is calling.
Personality[]
Elvira is an overly cheerful and bubbly friend that one can count on that has positive insight! Elvira is one that can think of a glass of water as "half full" rather than "half empty". She made sure her cipher pol friends, Matsu Hiro and Gett E. Berg, had a smile at least once a day with her cheerful attitude. She'll do activities that'll make anyone happy, and make sure there was a laugh. With her personality, she loves making kids happy especially. Seeing smiles is part of what inspires her to be a marine.
Along with her personality is a huge fangirl. Elvira is a huge fan of the marines, following the marines as if they're heroes. She has had posters of Sora, Warrior of the Sea as well as posters of the Fleet admiral and the three admirals. Whenever she meets a marine of Rear Admiral or above, she greets them like an overly excited child while spitting facts about them like an encyclopedia.
With her cheerful attitude, carries an optimistic lifestyle. Elvira focuses on a lot of the good and refines them to become better; As simultaneously working on the negative aspects and improving them to be good. The optimism brings confidence to Elvira that she can perform her tasks without too many worries. With the optimism and her knowledge, she trains herself and makes herself better. Even when she is in a tough spot, she hopes for the good even though it may not be likely.
Now despite her cheerfulness, she can be quite ditzy or foolish sometimes. With her fangirl personality, she can get quite awkward to some of her peers even though she's trying to be friendly. She can also get quite unorganized in her attention as some other detail could distract her. With the ditzyness is a bit of airheadedness since she can say things without thinking what she said or what will she say. But overall, she has a more positive and happy personality.

Goe Goe no Mi[]
Elvira ate the Goe Goe no Mi while in Cipher Pol training. The Goe Goe no Mi creates destructive beams of sound from shouting. The intensity and durability of the beams can be manipulated by the use of the voice as well. Over time, as Elvira was training with Vice Admiral Alarie Maëlys, she was able to turn the beams into waves so she can also strike in a wider range.
The damage from the Goe Goe no Mi can be anything from ears bleeding to crumbling inorganic objects that are in the way. With Elvira knowing how to control her vocal chords, she can vary the damage anytime.
The weakness to the Goe Goe no Mi is anything or anyone that has soundblast immunities or can absorb the sound. The sound blasts can be bounced back by rubber material that one may have. Also if Elvira screams too many times or screams over her limit, she may get a sore throat and get a weaker sound blast over time.
Rokushiki[]
While in Cipher Pol training, Elvira learned the basics of Rokushiki; learning what each basic technique was and how to use them. Vice Admiral Shironeko taught Elvira on refining her Shigan, Rankyaku, and Soru. So Elvira is able to increase her speed as well as make powerful attacks with her fingers and legs.

Solanine Elvira was born in the Paradise region of the world, born to unknown and unrelated parents as far as knowledge is concerned. She was a joyful and smiling child growing up that'd help define her personality. However in her joyfulness, she was forewarned to not be up and awake in the night times on her island or else the monsters under her bed would wake up; and a disregarded lecture gave her a fate she didn't want.
