The Stitch Pirates are infamous and powerful pirate crew, led by one of the new generation of Yonko, Stitch D. Carlo and they are occupying O'ahu Country where they are protecting the people from the Marines, and they build factories on only one region of Country.
Jolly Roger
The Stitch Pirates' jolly rogers consist of a skull with sharp teeth that has blue hair, sunglasses, and pointed ears. It also have two rose that also serve as crossbones, while having the "S" on the left, while a "C" on the right.

There are those in the Phantom Pirates with the position known as the Ten Experimental Captains (10人の実験船長 10-Ri no jikken senchō) who are the captains and the strongest fighters of the crew, having the highest rank, authority, strength, reverence, and fighting prowess. Second only to Stitch D. Carlo himself.
