Sun Tzu Huang
Sun Tzu Huang, known as the Emerald Dragon is member of the Imperial Dragon Pirates. He is a well gifted strategist in warfare and one of the most respected officers in the fleet. Sun Tzu is one of the founding members of the pirates after their empire was invaded by the Marines. Usually sent to meet with the Revolutionary Army to assist them in missions of taking down the curropt nations allied with the World Government.
