Thăng Long D. Pangu is the ruler of Chau Kingdom as it's Huangdi and is the adoptive father of Thăng Long D. Yang and Thăng Long D. Yin. He was a former member of the Jinyiwei before taking the throne from his late father. Pangu is known for being one of the great kings of the world and has been given the title of Chau's most recent "Yellow Emperor" after his father, Thăng Long D. Shen, had passed on from an assassination.
Pangu is notable for being one of the last members of the Thăng Long Clan by blood due to all of the previous members being killed off due to their knowledge of the Pure Gold. Pangu himself was able to stay alive thanks to is extreme skills and making Chau Kingdom into a massive successful kingdom (though Pangu often denies he has any clue where the Pure Gold is located).

Pangu is a very lively and joyous man that shows great love and respect toward most others that he meets, especially those of Chau Kingdom. This was first shown where he gained Augustus Axel's respect from defeating him in battle and becoming his right-hand man.

Overview[]
As the ruler of Chau Kingdom, the largest trading center in the world, Pangu has complete control over what happens throughout the kingdom. Pangu is one of the most respected figures in the world due to his influence of Chau itself.
Spearsmenship[]
Pangu is extremely skilled in the art of Sojutsu, which is a martial arts skill that focuses on spearsmenship. With the art of Sojustu, Pangu is able to fight offensively using his spear for very fast attacks. Sojutsu can also be used defensively in order to block attacks especially those from other weapons.

Devil Fruit[]
Pangu ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Fucanglong, a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into the Fucanglong, the golden guardian dragon of treasure.
Weapon[]
Pangu wields the Guan Yu, a massive glaive/spear that is known for it's immense weight (according to Pangu around 200 pounds). It was passed down from his father, Thăng Long D. Shen, who had wielded the blade numerous of times in his past life. The Guan Yu is extremely sacred to Chau Kingdom and the Thăng Long Clan itself making it another national treasure that is wielded under Pangu's care (the other being his own Devil Fruit) and is of the Supreme Grade rank due to it's vast history and usage. Pangu himself stated that the Guan Yu has been forced using the scales of dragons making it nigh indestructible to break and is a reason it is able to survive through history for so long. It is also nicknamed the "Golden Dragon Spear" due to it's creation.
