Tweedle-Dum is the lookout of the Mad Pirates. He is also a mink like his crewmate White Tim and his twin brother. He and his twin,Tweedle-Dee joined the Mad Pirates because the captain,Fedora C. John, offered a lot of money to them, which then they joined. They are known to be given speed injections from John to make him and his brother faster.
