Walter's D. Lisa Or ''Devil Queen Lisa'' is the wife of Neptune D. Akashi and mother of his three children Neptune D. Akeno, Neptune D. Riku, and Neptune D. Zen. Lisa is known for her beauty and strength she is capable of battling marine admiral's and she even fights fleet admirals at half of her power she has challenged many strong opponent's and even beat those thought to be unbeatable.
Lisa was originally born a Tenryubito but after she saw the cruelty they had done and how bad her slave friend was treated. Lisa escaped from the life of a Tenryubito by running away from his home and took her best friend Angelica Danielle along.
When they ran away from home her mother and father ordered marines to go find her in hopes she was safe but when this issued thousands of pirates got the idea of using her as a trading piece for the money.
Lisa soon came across a man known as Aiken D. Sosuke a man known throughout the world as a monster for his Superhuman strength and tactical intellect. Lisa became his student and she absorbed everything he taught her like a sponge and she got stronger every day He even became a father figure to her. Lisa soon became the master in much martial art's she even studied Fishman Karate and Jujitsu.
Lisa fell in love with Akashi when he saved from a group of pirates that nearly killed her but Akashi repayed with much more pain they soon married after he had proven himself to her master or Father Figure.
