Witches and Warlocks are a race of humans that practice unique type of medicine and potions. They are often confused with doctors but often use unorthodox means to make their potions. They are also able to transform into small, feral cats at will.

Witches and Warlocks aren't known too well for their physical strength by themselves. However, they are quite known for their feats in the medical department as well as experiment with other forms of sorcery that is often confused for being real magic. All Witches and Warlocks are able to utilize mushrooms to use in various of ways including using them for potions that can be use to cure aliments or grant various of other boosts in battle. As stated above, they can also transform into any type of cat either a small one or a bigger one like a lion, cheetah, panther, etc. (although those ones are considered to be either uncommon or rare). Overall, Witches and Warlocks are quite versatile in their fields and can do various of things with mushrooms which was why most of them formed an alliance with Vipe Lycodia as she has access to practically all different types of mushrooms.
Abilities[]
- Mushroom Expertise: Witches and Warlocks have the keen ability to study the makeup of mushrooms and, using their special natural abilities, can convert them into different types of potions. These potions can range from ones that can heal minor injuries, fatigue, or even grant certain buffs such as enhanced power or speed. Some potions can even increase the potency of a certain mushroom's effects that were persistent by themselves such as a stripped mushroom that causes drowsiness can be enhanced and turned into a potion to cause full sleepiness. There are even potions that can cause temporary transformations in others such as turning them into various of animals and even objects. However, the effects of these potions are only temporary especially for lower-ranked Witches and Warlocks. Only the strongest and more experienced ones can accomplish permeant changes that will take years and years to master.
- Cat Transformation: Witches and Warlocks also can transform into a base cat for allowing them for better mobility and power in case of a close-combat fight. Unlike with Zoan Devil Fruit users, Witches and Warlocks can only transform into a single base form instead of the three or more forms that the Zoans offer. Despite this, they still gain the abilities of cats such as a keen sense of smell, ability to see in the dark, reflexes, agility, fangs, and claws. The form of the cat that the witch or warlock and transform into varies (although Marie herself once stated that warlocks tend to have more of the ferocious ones such as lions and cougars while witches have the more basic housecat and others). However, the transformation into the bigger cats are considered rare even moreso for Witches where only a save few can turn into them (Kagakusha Marie was able to transform into a panther which was considered a rarity).
